Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sponsorships website and marketplace. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must give an accurate email address and keep your access credentials secure. Any audience figures, rates, and other details you publish must be accurate and yours to list.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by posting false audience data, misrepresenting a sponsorship, interfering with the platform, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.

A marketplace, not an agency

Sponsorships is a marketplace that connects creators and brands and provides tools to list, discover, agree, and manage sponsorships. We are not a party to the deals you make. We do not guarantee that you will find sponsors, close a deal, or earn any particular income, and results depend on your audience, your rates, and the parties involved. Rate, CPM and audience figures come from the creators who publish them and from public market ranges, we do not verify them and we do not promise any particular result.

Payments between users

Payment for a sponsorship happens directly between the brand and the creator. Sponsorships does not hold, escrow, or take a percentage of that money, and takes 0% commission on your deals. The only thing we charge is your flat membership. You are responsible for any taxes, disclosures, and legal obligations that apply to your sponsorships, including advertising disclosure rules.

Plans and billing

The Starter plan is sold as a subscription paid by card through our payment processor, either monthly at 15 dollars or yearly at 144 dollars, and renews for the same period until canceled. A discount code entered on the listing form applies to the first billing period unless the code says otherwise. A Starter listing goes live on the creator board once the payment is confirmed. Withdrawing the listing from your private management link hides it right away and cancels the subscription, so there are no further charges. Other plans start when your account is opened and are not charged before then. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law, and we may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Renewals and failed payments. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. When a new billing period begins, access for that whole period is granted and the payment for it is due. If the charge does not go through, the payment remains due and we retry it. Cancelling after a new period has begun only switches off later renewals; it does not cancel the payment for the period that has already started. Such a renewal charge is not refundable, and your access continues until the end of that paid period. The fee is for access to the service for the period, not for using it, so not having used the service is not a ground for a refund.

Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the content you publish, such as your profile, media kit, and rate card. You grant us the limited rights needed to display it on the marketplace and operate the service. We claim no ownership over your audience, your relationships, or your deals.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Enterprise plans may include specific service-level agreements.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsorships is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for disputes between creators and brands, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, we will delete or return your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
