The detail

What Influencity does well, and where the cost lands

Influencity is an influencer marketing platform from Spain that sells to brands and agencies. Its homepage describes a discovery tool covering 200M+ creators, and a separate passage on the same page talks about cross-referencing more than 350 million Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profiles. Around that search sit an influencer CRM, outreach and email sequences, campaign briefs, content tracking, creator payments, reporting, social listening and a social media management hub. The company says plainly that it is not an agency and not a creator marketplace.

Unlike most of the category, Influencity publishes its prices, in the structured data on its pricing page and in the plan table it embeds there. In US dollars, Discover costs $198 a month on monthly billing or $1,900 a year billed yearly, which works out to about $158 a month. Professional costs $398 a month or $3,816 a year (about $318 a month). Business costs $1,398 a month or $13,420 a year (about $1,118 a month).

Enterprise is by quote. Every plan has a 7-day trial with no credit card, and yearly billing takes 20% off. One thing to check before you trust a price you read elsewhere. Many pages that rank for Influencity pricing list a Basic plan at $168 and Professional at $348.

Those are the euro monthly prices (EUR 168 and EUR 348), and Basic has since been renamed Discover. A US buyer on monthly billing pays $198, $398 and $1,398. The Business figures of $698 to $998 that still circulate are older still. The limits matter as much as the price.

Discover gives one user, 5,000 discovery results a month and 30 creator insight tokens, which are what unlock a full audience report, contact details or a brand safety check. Professional gives 3 users, 10,000 results, 150 tokens, 1,200 outreach emails a month and tracking for 30 creator profiles. Business gives 5 users, unlimited results, 1,000 tokens, 8,000 outreach emails, tracking for 1,000 profiles, Shopify sales and promo code tracking, content approval and global creator payments. So the entry plan is a research seat.

The workflow most brands picture when they buy an influencer platform starts at Professional, and payments and Shopify start at Business. The honest comparison is what share of your creator budget the software takes. At $25,000 a year of creator spend, Professional billed yearly is about 15% of the program, and Business is more than half of it. At $150,000 a year, Professional is 2.5% and Business about 9%, which is a fair price for the workflow it replaces if you run campaigns every month across dozens of creators.

The second question is the kind of creator you are buying. Influencity finds social creators on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and what it hands you is a profile, audience data and, where the creator made it public, an email address. Nobody on the other end has agreed to anything yet or quoted a rate. It does not index podcasts or newsletters, so if the placement you want is a host read, a newsletter slot or a sponsored segment in a YouTube video, you still run the outreach and the price talk yourself.

Sponsorships starts from the other end. It is a marketplace where podcasters, newsletter operators, YouTubers and event organizers who want sponsors publish their audience, their formats and a price for each placement. On the Brand plan, at $49.50 a month billed yearly ($594 a year) or $99 month to month, you browse listings by niche and format, keep shortlists, send a brief and contact creators directly. Payment goes straight from you to the creator and Sponsorships takes 0% commission.

Be clear about what you give up. Sponsorships has no search across hundreds of millions of Instagram and TikTok accounts, no bot audit of an audience, no Shopify promo codes, no social listening, and it only shows creators who chose to list. An agency or a brand running monthly Instagram and TikTok campaigns across many creators is better served by Influencity Professional or Business. A brand whose real buy is podcasts, newsletters and YouTube integrations at a known price is paying for a database it will barely use.

Brands comparing Influencity usually also look at Modash, whose Essentials plan is $199 a month billed yearly with 2 seats, HypeAuditor, whose Basic plan starts at $299 a month billed annually, and Grin, which publishes plans from $200 a month. Influencity figures on this page come from its own pricing page; confirm current terms with the vendor before you sign.

Questions

Influencity questions, answered

How much does Influencity cost?

Influencity publishes three plans in US dollars. Discover is $198 a month, or $1,900 a year billed yearly. Professional is $398 a month, or $3,816 a year. Business is $1,398 a month, or $13,420 a year. Enterprise is priced by quote. Yearly billing takes 20% off every plan.

Does Influencity have a free trial?

Yes. Every Influencity plan has a 7-day free trial and the company says no credit card is needed to start it. There is no permanent free plan, so after the trial you pick monthly or yearly billing. Yearly billing saves $476 a year on Discover and $960 on Professional.

Why do some sites list Influencity at $168 a month?

Because $168 is the euro price. Influencity shows the same Discover plan at EUR 168 a month and $198 a month, and Professional at EUR 348 and $398. Several review pages copied the euro figures with a dollar sign, and many still call the entry plan Basic, which is now named Discover.

What is the difference between Influencity Professional and Business?

Business adds scale and money tools. It raises users from 3 to 5, discovery results from 10,000 a month to unlimited, insight tokens from 150 to 1,000 and outreach emails from 1,200 to 8,000. It also adds Shopify sales and promo code tracking, content approval, brand safety vetting and global creator payments.

Does Influencity cover podcasts and newsletters?

No. Influencity searches Instagram, TikTok and YouTube creators and shows audience stats for those platforms and Twitch. It does not list podcasts or newsletters, and the creators in it have not published a rate or said they take sponsors, so you run outreach and pricing yourself.

What are the best Influencity alternatives?

For a cheaper two-seat search tool, Modash from $199 a month billed yearly. For audience quality checks, HypeAuditor from $299 a month billed annually. For Shopify gifting and affiliates, Grin from $200 a month. To book podcasts, newsletters and YouTube at listed prices, Sponsorships at $49.50 a month with 0% commission.

Is Influencity cheaper than Modash?

At the entry level, yes on price and no on seats. Influencity Discover is $1,900 a year with 1 user, while Modash Essentials is $2,388 a year with 2 team members. One step up, Influencity Professional at $3,816 a year costs less than Modash Performance at $5,988, but Modash includes more seats.

Is Influencity worth it?

Influencity is worth it for an agency or brand running Instagram and TikTok campaigns every month, where search, outreach and tracking replace staff hours. At $150,000 a year of creator spend, Professional is about 2.5% of the program. On a $25,000 first year, Business would cost more than half of the creator budget.
